Built 1907. September 16th, 1922 the crew detected a floating mine and attached it to the end of a 50m rope behind the vessel. They informed the authorities and waited for specialists to destroy the mine. But weather changed to storm.  September 21st, 1922	
The floating mine hit the side of the vessel in heavy weather and exploded. The ship sank and six crew members died. Only one man survived the accident.
