Hi, just wondering if anyone might be able to identify this lighthouse. It is in the background of an old painting we recently found. Thank you.

Any additional information available? I.e. age or region?
Best regards,
Dmitry

Hello,.thank you for the reply. So the mill we found the painting in is in Ireland,a we think it would be from somewhere is the British Isles and it's most likely painted during the Victorian era, so c. 1830 -1901.  But we really have no idea where it came from. Attached is the painting that the lighthouse is in, the lighthouse is in the back left corner of the painting.

South Stack in Wales looks similar - at least there is a bridge connecting the island with mainland

Another option is Strumble Head which also has iron bridge connecting to mainland, but i think South Stack is much better candidate
