In Russia we don't have architect who was specially built lighthouses. I think father of lighthouse services could be called Peter I who introduced russian fleet and as the result the huge construction of lighthouses around the coastlines.

Also Svalbard lights are far to north than Sletness.

As i said in gallery - Eastern Cape is not actually eastern -  there is one more lighthouse M8150 - cape Navarin in Chukotka, Russia 179° 09.6´E and few minor lights there of which the easternmost cape Korobitsin M8153 - 62° 49.8´ N 179° 34.3´ E
As for western this is probably be Fuji - Udu Point ? 16° 07.8´ S 179° 57.2´ W

Viti is lighthouse in Icelandic. And they are quite simular to Norwegian lights except the colour. I don't think they purchased maybe just used same drawings.

I tried to research but didn't find designer name. This is quite new object - it was small village and in 2010 it started to reconstruct to local resort. The lighthouse itself was built in 2014.

That's interesting question. Mostly lights have white, red and green colours. Seldom there are yellow lights (i've seen them mostly in the some danger enclosing lights i.e. flashing yellow). Not sure if this is the case. Most unisual color i've meet - in Australia blue light are used from time to time.
