It's frequently happen that artists make picture simular but not 100% exact, so i think Dover is most close to what you see in the picture. Anyway i'm very sure this is typical British lighthouse (they have some specific architecture).

That's what I thought, but no matter how hard I look, I can't find any similarities. I've searched on the websites http://www.ibiblio.org/lighthouse/ and https://www.lightphotos.net/photos/index.php without success. I'll continue my search...

It is definitely british, i would say this is Dover Prince of Wales Pier lighthouse, the only concern is adjoining building, but this could be artist improvisation. What do you think?

A Lijiang river cruise seems to be a highlight in Guilin, China. Not well know is , that the river has many small lighthouses.
My photographer sends my 4 lighthouses and a pic from a Chinese map.
Can anyone give us the name and coordinates of the lighthouses ( Flourite ?)

Traffic also low, main reason i think entertainment, MSC Cruises built whole island and this is part of coastline design.

Are lighthouses still being built today?
This pretty and modern lighthouse was built after 2017, where I have been before.Now it is the youngest lighthouse I have seen !
KI gives no answer about the construction year, maybe about 2023.
The purpose of the location is unclear to me. The Chumpon harbour is northern and the vessel traffic seems low !
