This was my thought too. Looks like there was no other lighthouse at this time in Konstanza.
I found a second picture of the King Carol I lighthouses from Oct 1916. I might post the second one.

It was built in 1913

Lighthouse identification / Old Konstanza mole head light

I found a picture of the Konstanza (Romania) harbor that dates between 1914 and 1917.
The quay shows a mole head light. I can't find a historic mape of the harbor. So I don't know if this quay or the light still exists.
Who can help to identify thsi old mole light?

(1) the first one Edition "Admiralty List of Lights and Fog Signals Volume P NP87" is 2018/19 Edition, do you think so ?

(2) How old NP79 ?
(2) the first one Edition "Admiralty List of Lights and Fog Signals Volume F NP79" is 2013/14 Edition, do you think so ?

(3) How old NP88 ?
(3) the first one Edition "Admiralty List of Lights and Fog Signals Volume Q NP88" is 2021 Edition, do you think so ?

(1) - Correct

(2) - Volume F was exist for a long time, at least back in 2009

(3) - I think around 2018/19

Do you know how I drive to the lighthouses ? I am using http://listoflights.org/ ! I am using the app maps.me ! I download KML datas in maps.me ! So all lights are in my mobile !
One disadvantage: Here are only the active lights ! Inactive lighthouses I fix in Google maps.
See the screenshot of my mobile with the lights of Denmark / Germany!
