Peter, sorry to say, but Hans passed away years ago Crying or Very sad I tried to find the source of the photo but no success. Unlikely there would be copyright claims as Hans always checked this but i'm affraid you'll not get official permission.

My brother took this photo some years ago. I am noT sure who Hans is or where he came across the photo. Peter, unsure if your book is now printed or if this is to late. His name is Simon Wall and said that you can use it in your book. Thanks

Hi Ruewall and many thanks for the comment. The book is about lighthouse fatalities in Ireland. In 1852, seven men drowned at Slyne Head when a lightkeeper insisted on being ferried back to the station in bad weather. As such, this photo was absolutely perfect - lighthouses plus rogue wave. Unfortunately, I have just published the book using a simple picture of the two lights alone. Tell Simon I'm very impressed by the picture and hope he didn't get drenched shortly after taking it. And many thanks again.
