The sempahore at Pte de Sein. There is a tricolour flying. Does this mean the station is manned? If so what on earth do they do all day?!

Looking at the radar at the top i would say this is vessel traffic service tower with 24/7 crew. But i can't find position of this place. Can you give coordinates?

Grahams text says Pointe de Sein. The correct name is Pointe du Raz.
