The "Normandie" flying the French flag at her poop, and the U.S. stars and stripes high (Leaving for the U.S.A?).
The postcard is printed in Liverpool, received it from Jan de Jonge.
This picture is made between 1894 ( refit of the ship to this look) and 1911 (her end)

I'm wrong.
This pic is indeed between 1894 and..........?
She came out of dock .
This le Havre jetee lights were in service until 1906. THan renewed and in service until 1944.

Jaap, before 1906 there were another jetties in Le Havre with old lighthouses. So this light definitely Le Havre, i checked. See another pics here or here. In 1906 jetties were reconstructed and lights lost.
